My good friend Mariana just moved to New York! This is the sad part of living in an university town. People come here, study, graduate and go. The good part is that we have friends all ver the world to visit!
I wanted to make something special for Mariana. I was taking a class on knitting and what a beginner could make? A scarf! I bought a very soft Italian red/brown yarn. I am not very found of red, but I thing red looks good on a gray winter.
I think she was happy with the present! I hope the scarf keeps her warm in NY.I already miss her.
