I love making things with fabric. I took a hand quilt class some years ago and I never stopped quilting. Now I am experimenting making softies. I have a lot of fun taking pictures and posting. I hope you have fun reading my blog.

Chicago/Batavia
We had a great time up North visiting our friend Denise. She lives in Batavia, a small city close to Chicago, where Jens had to attend a meeting.
The Fermi Laboratory in Batavia has a nice building with a Foucault's pendulum.
And Batavia is known as 'energy city'.
